MEET GARETH
I've been in software development and business analysis for 21 years. I've consulted across different industries at Old Mutual, Vodacom, Mediclinic, Mpact, and various government departments.
For the last 4 years I've been solely focused on AI. Specifically ChatGPT-like chatbots, question and answer systems (RAG), and AI agents. An agent is a fancy way of saying "ChatGPT that can complete a task on its own." It usually has tools to assist it, like reading a Zoom transcript or processing a document.
I started Ironsyde because I kept seeing the same problems at every company. Smart people, stretched thin, fighting with systems that don't talk to each other. AI can fix that. When it's applied in the right places.
